A fluid trace does not always originate where it is first seen. Cleaning, observation and operating-condition checks help narrow the true source.
What is reviewed?
- Clean and re-observe suspected leak areas
- Inspect gasket and cover joints
- Check hoses and connections
- Inspect engine underside and drain areas
- Identify the type of fluid involved
Model-specific limit: If a fluid leak creates a safety or engine-damage risk, the motorcycle should be assessed before further use.
