Do I need an appointment?
We recommend an appointment for planned work. If you are travelling from outside central Sivas, send the make, model, year and symptom beforehand.
Can you quote a price before inspection?
A likely scope can be discussed when the motorcycle details and request are clear. Final price depends on the work confirmed during physical inspection and the parts actually required.
Do you work on scooters and CVT systems?
Yes. Belt, variator, rollers, clutch, bell, electrics, brakes and routine maintenance are assessed for the specific model.
Can I send photos, video or an engine sound?
Yes. Photos, a short video or a sound recording on WhatsApp may help us understand the symptom before you travel.
Does a fault code prove a part is defective?
No. A fault code identifies an area to check. Power, earth, wiring, connectors and the real operating symptom must agree with it.
Can I travel from another city or district?
Yes. If your journey is long, confirm appointment timing and any likely parts preparation before setting off.
