TECHNICAL CHECK
Starter Relay, Starter Motor and Power Circuit
Starting faults may originate from the battery, relay, cables, ground, starter motor or control circuit. The power path should be narrowed down before parts are replaced.
What is reviewed?
- Battery and main cable connections
- Starter-relay control and power side
- Starter-motor feed
- Ground-path losses
- Voltage-drop symptoms
- Control circuit and safety interlocks
Model-specific limit: Uncontrolled bypassing or shorting of the starter circuit is unsafe; testing should be performed with appropriate equipment.
