When should it be checked?
When engine rpm rises without matching acceleration, engagement becomes harsh or shifting behaviour changes noticeably.

Workshop process
We collect make, model, model year, mileage and the exact symptom first. After inspection, the required work and parts are explained before service begins. The relevant system is checked again after the work is completed.
